Nipun has worked in the VET sector for 12 years and was employed in various positions within a number of RTO's. Currently serving as an industry consultant, he also has held senior executive roles with multiple organisations and private RTOs. His roles include hands on experiencesin compliance with regards to Training Packages including Hospitality, Retail, Business, Leadership and Management, ELICOS, Marketing and Communication, Early Childhood Education and Care and Automotive.

Nipun is involved in his consultancy firm as a Training and Compliance Consultant providing a variety of services to RTO's including but not limited to conducting Internal Audits, registration advice, assistance with changes to scope of registration, Training and Assessment Strategies, Validation, Professional Development, developing policies, procedures and agreements, industry consultation, assisting is assessment resources, independent reviews and development, provision of documented processes to maintain compliance.
